Resi

Hai 14 giorni di calendario per restituire un articolo a partire dalla data di ricezione. Per essere idoneo al reso, è necessario inviare una richiesta via mail ordini@trovatuttoonline.it entro 48 ore dalla data e ora di ricezione, l'articolo deve essere non utilizzato e nelle stesse condizioni in cui l'hai ricevuto. Deve anche essere nella confezione originale.

Si prega di notare che il costo della spedizione di reso è a carico dell'acquirente. Consigliamo di utilizzare un servizio di spedizione tracciabile o di acquistare un'assicurazione per la spedizione. La nostra azienda non può essere ritenuta responsabile per gli articoli persi o danneggiati durante il trasporto.

Rimborsi

Una volta ricevuto il tuo articolo, lo ispezioneremo e ti notificheremo la ricezione. Ti informeremo immediatamente sullo stato del tuo rimborso dopo aver ispezionato l'articolo. Si informa che, in caso di reso, sarà trattenuto il costo di spedizione e del servizio di preparazione del pacco, con un valore minimo di 30 euro, indipendentemente dall'importo totale dell'ordine. Questa politica mira a responsabilizzare l'acquirente, invitandolo a consultare attentamente le informazioni e le foto disponibili prima di procedere con l'acquisto. Il rimborso riguarderà esclusivamente la restante somma, a condizione che gli articoli vengano restituiti nelle condizioni originali..

Se il tuo reso è approvato, avvieremo un rimborso sul tuo metodo di pagamento originale. Riceverai il credito entro un certo numero di giorni, a seconda delle politiche del tuo emittente della carta.

Scambi

Se desideri scambiare un articolo con un altro, ti preghiamo di restituire l'articolo originale secondo le linee guida sopra riportate e di effettuare un nuovo ordine per l'articolo che desideri acquistare.

Si prega di notare che i costi di spedizione non sono rimborsabili. Se ricevi un rimborso, il costo della spedizione di reso verrà dedotto dal tuo rimborso.

Se decidi di restituire un articolo che non soddisfa le condizioni sopra riportate, potresti essere responsabile dei costi di spedizione di reso se desideri che l'articolo ti venga rispedito dopo l'ispezione.

Rückgaben

Sie haben 14 Kalendertage Zeit, um einen Artikel ab dem Datum des Erhalts zurückzugeben. Um für eine Rückgabe berechtigt zu sein, müssen Sie innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Erhalt des Pakets eine E-Mail an ordini@trovatuttoonline.it senden und die Rückerstattung beantragen. Der Artikel muss unbenutzt und in demselben Zustand sein, in dem Sie ihn erhalten haben. Er muss sich außerdem in der Originalverpackung befinden.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Kosten für den Rückversand vom Käufer getragen werden müssen. Wir empfehlen die Nutzung eines nachverfolgbaren Versanddienstes oder den Kauf einer Versandversicherung. Unser Unternehmen kann nicht für während des Transports verlorene oder beschädigte Artikel haftbar gemacht werden.

Rückerstattungen

Sobald wir Ihren Artikel erhalten haben, überprüfen wir ihn und benachrichtigen Sie über den Erhalt der Rücksendung. Nach der Inspektion informieren wir Sie umgehend über den Status Ihrer Rückerstattung. Bitte beachten Sie, dass im Falle einer Rückgabe die Versandkosten sowie die Verpackungsvorbereitungsgebühr abgezogen werden, mit einem Mindestbetrag von 30 Euro, unabhängig vom Gesamtbetrag der Bestellung. Diese Richtlinie soll Käufer dazu ermutigen, sich vor dem Kauf sorgfältig über die bereitgestellten Informationen und Fotos zu informieren. Nur der verbleibende Betrag wird erstattet, vorausgesetzt, die Artikel werden in ihrem ursprünglichen Zustand zurückgesandt.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
